That was quick (180 + 10 weeks)

Everyone was done with their quarantine periods by the end of the week.

D and J attended their science documentary watch club: Smarter Every Day: Oscilliscopes and Exploding Seeds. They participated in their MAHC classes. They attended their religious education classes.  J's class made shoebox houses; hers is a model of a family-owned historic house in Roby, Texas:


J attended her ballet and jazz classes, and a class on What Did People Do Back Then?

R attended his Young People's History class. 


W participated in his MC3 classes.


D attended her ArtBake group.


J had a half-birthday party which included much food preparation, table setting, and D served as a maid, along with a friend:




D worked with Mammoth Math, read with support, and practiced music..


J worked with Zearn math, read with support, and practiced music.

COVID (180 + 9 weeks)

This week we got COVID. Matt brought it home from work on Sunday night; J and I tested positive on Wednesday, R tested positive on Thursday, and W and D tested positive on Friday. We all stayed home all week since we were pretty sure we were going to come down with it and didn't want to be out spreading the germs. Matt, J and I had fevers; the other three had milder cold-like symptoms. We did still do a few online things.



D and J attended their science documentary watch club: Cosmos: Lost Worlds of Planet Earth.

J attended a class on What Did People Do Back Then? She also got creative on a call with her cousin:



W participated in his MC3 classes.

R turned 16! He caught (and released) a really big catfish:


D and J attended their science documentary watch club: Planet Dinosaur: Feathered Dragons. They participated in their MAHC classes. They decorated cupcakes with foraged edible flowers:

Gorgeous Garbage and Bluebirds (180 + 4 weeks)

D and J attended their science documentary watch club: Smarter Every Day. They participated in their MAHC classes. They attended their religious education classes.  They both created recycled art pieces for the Gorgeous Garbage art show at MLUC:



J attended her ballet and jazz classes, and a class on What Did People Do Back Then? She performed as a Munchkin Soldier and a Bluebird in two shows of The Wizard of Oz with the Philadelphia Dance Theater. We all attended the show:



R attended his Young People's History class.  He attended his Boat Build class. He worked for a neighbor.  


W participated in his MC3 classes.


D attended her ArtBake group.
