14 & 98 (180 + 8 weeks)

J went to show-and-tell, ballet, hip hop, and tap classes online.  She also participated in art and Staging Journeys.

D went to a circus class online and participated in art and Staging Journeys.

W participated in his MC3 classes online.

R turned 14!  And our dog turned 98!

 

All the kids participated in their religious education classes.  R finished his year long Our Whole Lives course.

W read independently, worked with Khan, cooked healthy meals, and walked for exercise.

R read independently, worked with Khan and ETC, practiced multiplication, and walked for exercise.

D read with support, and worked with Khan, ETC, and HWT.

Art, Masks, Cakes, and a Funeral (180 + 7 weeks)

J participated in ballet, show and tell, tap, art, and hip hop classes on Zoom.

D and J participated in an online art class.

We postponed our Easter celebrations, for the most part, because I was at a birth.  But we did dye eggs:

St. Patrick's Day and Monopoly (180 + 2 weeks)

This week started a much slower-paced time, due to the pandemic.

D got excited about St. Patrick's Day and made crafts and green themed foods!


We played Monopoly (lots of good math and strategy, some reading.)


We planted vegetables and sunflowers, some in an old canoe that's been cracked in our backyard for a year:
